All services are customized based on individual client requirements.
2. Project Scope & Delivery Timeline
Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined case-by-case and agreed upon before commencement.
No fixed delivery date can be guaranteed, as timelines depend on project complexity, client inputs, approvals, and revisions.
Any delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or change requests will extend the project timeline accordingly.
3. Payments
Payments are accepted through Razorpay and other approved payment methods.
Full or partial advance payment may be required before project initiation.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and timely project information
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Communicate requirements clearly to avoid delays
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact delivery timelines.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope.
Additional features or changes beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges and revised timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
Daddy Cool Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Daddy Cool Technologies shall not be liable for:
Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
Delays caused due to third-party tools, hosting providers, or client-side delays
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Dubai, UAE / India (Depends on clients location.).
