At Daddy Cool Technologies, we value transparency and fairness. As we provide custom digital services, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

1. Service Nature
  • All services offered are customized and project-based.

  • Once a project has commenced, it involves dedicated resources, planning, and execution.

2. Cancellations
  • Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email.

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No automatic cancellations are guaranteed once work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic and depend on:

  • Stage of project completion

  • Terms outlined in the signed agreement

  • Nature of the dispute or concern raised by the client

4. Dispute Resolution & Refunds
  • If a dispute arises after service delivery, the matter will be reviewed internally.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only in accordance with the signed agreement between the client and Daddy Cool Technologies.

  • Any approved refund will be adjusted after deducting costs for completed work, resources utilized, and third-party expenses.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Delays are caused by client-side approvals or content submission

  • The client changes requirements mid-project

  • Services have been delivered as per the agreed scope

  • Digital marketing results are affected by external factors (platform algorithms, competition, market conditions)

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method via Razorpay.
